Reasonable rooms, large shower, helpful staff, good location for restaurants and attractions like Spanish Steps and Piazza Popolo. This hotel is right in the centre and in the heart of the city, making it easy to get to the many sightseeing places. The room was comfortable, clean, and well presented, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, with great restaurants and shops nearby.
The bathroom in the hotel could use some improvement, as there were some issues with the sink and the shower door.

The location of this hotel was amazing, just a short walk from a main square and close to public transportation. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, which made communication easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family of four.
One thing that bothered me was the need to switch rooms after the first night of our stay. It was confusing and I still don't know the exact reason for the switch.
